Palm Coast started as a community development project by ITT in the 1970s, and became a city in December 1999. Palm Coast is a vibrant and thriving community with a population of more than 60,000. The Community has a diversified population in all aspects, including race, religion, culture, age and demographic background. All areas of commerce have grown to make this city not only an attractive place to live but a great place to bring your business. Over a few short years the City of Palm Coast has experienced growth in commercial, industrial, and service business with much more to come.
